Delete Your Account
We're sad to see you go but respect your decision to leave. If there's anything specific that's led to this decision, we'd appreciate the opportunity to address it. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns or feedback.
Before You Go:
Please consider the following before deleting your account:
- Account Deletion is Permanent: Once your account is deleted, there's no going back. You'll lose access to all your data, preferences, and any in-app purchases.
- Data Retention: Some of your data may be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, and to enforce our terms of service. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
- Subscription Services: If you have any active subscriptions, please ensure they are cancelled in the relevant app stores to prevent future charges. Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscription payments.
How to Delete Your Account:
- Log in to the app.
- Go to the profile page.
- Click on "Legal".
- Select "Delete Account."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion.
If you no longer have the app, you can contact us at support@budgee.app and we can handle the request.
Please note, it may take up to 30 days for your account deletion to be fully processed.
